Who Knew Calorie Counting Could Be This Easy?!?!

Essentially My Fitness Pal and this week's newest discovery has revolutionized my weight loss journey!!! Monday I learned that I can actually scan the barcode on any food item and My Fitness Pal will automatically calculate the calories. This makes tracking my food intake extremely easy, quick and definitely convenient!! I'm soooo excited to continue toward success!!

My Chill Girl Flow

Ever so often I get in a rhythm of wearing leggings, yoga pants, sweats and t-shirts daily. It's usually during the winter because that's the time of year when I'm not doing anything or seeing anybody. So of course I call this phase my chill girl flow. Well I have to admit, I'm a bit of a Diva, so of course I want to be cute and stylish even when I'm on my chill girl flow. So this winter launched AOTG...my favorite new chill girl clothing that's exclusively for those people that are ALWAYS ON THE GRIND. The hand designed urban apparel features t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts and more. There are even designs exclusively for women. So the next time you're on your chill girl flow be ready to rock AOTG and let the world know that you deserve it because you're ALWAYS ON THE GRIND!! You can checkout all AOTG designs at www.aotgnation.com and for orders contact James Dameron at 443-621-7661

The challenge

Unfortunately My lack of updates on my weight loss journey are because I have no report to give. Over the past six months I admittedly have not exercised much at all, I have not eaten the right things and my motivation has been on a downward spiral. Well now, I can report that over the past two weeks I have indeed stepped it up a notch. One of my co-workers and I have decided to hold each other accountable for our success or lack there of in the weight loss department. We are both diligently tracking our calories with My Fitness Pal, sharing recipes and tricks to a healthier life and I've shed 5 pounds because of it. Having someone to hold you accountable is definitely key.
